quality of an existing portfolio. We review patents and applications
for opportunities to improve the quality of claim coverage
leading to a more valuable patent portfolio.
IP Due Diligence - For mergers, acquisitions and venture
capital investments, all levels of IP due diligence are available.
We work collaboratively with clients to provide desired IP

Licensing and Assignments - From negotiations to providing
contract language, we fully support all aspects of the IP
licensing and assignment processes. This includes supporting
research agreements, cross-license agreements, development
agreements, and any other agreements that include IP clauses.
